It depends on property size and condition. A 1-bedroom flat typically takes 3–5 hours; a 3-bedroom house 6–9 hours; a larger or heavily neglected property may take longer. We'll always estimate time when we quote.

Deep cleans start by tailored quote for a one-bedroom flat. Larger or heavily affected properties are quoted individually. We provide a fixed price before starting — not an hourly rate that can escalate on the day.

For first-time deep cleans we prefer you or someone you trust to be available at the start and end. For subsequent cleans or where you need to hand over a key, we can arrange this — just mention it when booking.

We clean to professional letting-agent checklist standards and provide completion photos and a report. While we can't guarantee a specific decision by a third-party landlord or agent, our cleans consistently achieve this standard. If you identify anything on the inventory that's been missed, we'll return to address it free of charge.
